The staff was helpful and nice. Its location was marvellous, near lovely Tadoussac, Tadoussac harbour, and the forest.

The views of the lake were wonderful. We liked our reasonably large room and very comfy beds. The continental breakfast was the best part of our stay. Its location was beautiful, right on the lake.

The queen room had an exceptional view of the lake, just as I had requested in advance. The location was fabulous, right by Quebec, offering a lake with canoes, paddle boats, and local wildlife in a safe area. The staff was friendly and always available.

We had a really enjoyable romantic escape at this hotel. We loved the fact that we had our own access to the lake, which made for a serene and relaxing environment. The outdoor fire pit was a bonus, as we enjoyed cozy evenings by the fire, watching the sunset. The continental breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were a bit confused by the room assignments and had some miscommunication during check-in, resulting in us staying in the wrong room. Better signage and clearer communication would have been helpful.
